Tax agents are defined as “Any Person registered with the Authority in the Register, who is appointed on behalf of another Person to represent him before the Authority and assist him in the fulfilment of his Tax obligations and the exercise of his associated tax rights” in Federal Law No. (7) of 2017 on Tax Procedures.
The Federal Tax Authority in the United Arab Emirates has registered Fylemytax as a tax agent. We will fully represent your business before the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), and we’ll make sure everything is compliant with the law, regulations, and a set of guidelines established by the government.
